RE: Drainage Certification
Seven Generations Office Park Site and Building A (Vermont and Eastbrook)
Dear Jay:
Please accept this letter and the attached documents as the Drainage Certification for the
above project. Based on the survey provided by Northern Engineering, a site visit, and
discussions with the contractor' regarding the installation of buried riprap, the site
(including the water quality pond, parking lot, and private drainage system) is in
substantial conformance with the approved plans and drainage report. The finished floor
and grading adjacent to Building A is also in substantial conformance with the approved
plans (based on a field visit).
The attached documents show handwritten as built elevations for the site and Building A
on the approved grading plan, the private storm sewer profiles, and calculations for the as
built water quality pond volume (approximately 45% larger than required).
