This letter is in reference to the Lot Grading Certification for Lot 7, Block ' 168 of Ogdens
Subdivision (805 Smith Street). The grading for this lot is, in general, dictated by the adjacent
existing residences and the desire to min•iuize the impact on these properties. The lot grading as
shown on the attached grade certification shows that there are areas that will be subject to minor
ponding or slow.drainage. In light of the restrictions on this lot, the grading shown is the best
that can be provided and protects the structure from inundation in storm events..
