Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 RE: rAutozone and southeast corner of West Horsetooth Road andsManhattanwAvenue Dear Basil, Enclosed please find spot elevation information for the Autozone located at the southeast corner of West Horsetooth Road and Manhattan Avenue. This information was obtained from landstar Surveying, Inc. and represents field data they obtained. This information was used by us to determine that the drainage improvements, including detention requirements, are in substantial conformance to the approved plans. Top of curb elevations along the east parking area are lower than the plans indicated. They are, however, approximately 0.33' minimum higher than the spillway elevation. Adequate protection of adjacent property is therefore provided. The orifice plate was field checked and found to be in the proper location and of the proper size, being 5" diameter. A temporary Certificate of Occupancy was issued and in order to release a full Certificate of Occupancy, you requested the above information.
