Survey of the site was completed on August 13, 2014 by Washburn Surveying. Site visits were performed on August 14, September 9, and September 22, 2014. Since the August 141h site visit, the site has been cleaned up, roof drains connected into the minor pipe systems, curb opening installed on the south side of the site, and the two bio- retention facilities (rain gardens) and site have been landscaped. My assessment is that the items constructed are in general conformance with the approved design. I have attached the checklists used for Multi Family and Commercial Sites and Bioretention Cells. I have also attached the as -built survey of the site and as - built drawings for the grading and storm system. Finally, I have attached several photos of the site visits from August 141h, September 91h and 22W. We appreciate your time and consideration in reviewing this certification.
