RE: OakRidge Business Park 26th Filing P.U.D.
On the 20th day of July, 1998 we shot elevations on the existing storm drainage facilities on
site. The elevations are shown on the "As Built" drawing included herewith.
I noticed that the "As built" elevations are more or less 0.25 feet lower than the design grades
RE design FF = 78.5 vs "As Built" FF = 78.23. This is general true throughout all elevations.
This does not cause a problem because the shots are relative to each other.
After this adjustment I find that the "As Built" Elevations and grading on this site is in
substantial compliance with the approved design Grading Plan prepared by our firm and dated
September 10, 1997.
