Re: Storm drainage facilities for Lots 59 through 88 of Park South P.U.D. Second Replat.
We have surveyed the elevations of the as built drainage swales and pans along the rear of
Lots 59 through 73 and Lots 74 through 88. The concrete pans are constructed properly with a
slope of approximately 0.8 percent. The pan on the north line of Lots 61 through 73 was added
to the construction because it is not practical to grade the yards so a swale will drain from back to
front between the houses. The grading on Lots 60 through 73 has been revised to drain to the
front to Walden and to the back to the concrete pan.
We also surveyed top of walk grades at critical locations and the catch basin inlets and
pipe inverts.
The surveyed elevations are shown in red on the attached print.
