This letter and attached information is provided to certify that the drainage improvements
on Phase 2 of the Oakridge Plaza development have been constructed in substantial
compliance with the plans approved September, 2002. All elevation information is based
on surveys completed by King Surveying (10-21-03). Differences from the approved
plan are noted below:
• Two areas in the parking lot have less than 0.5% slope in the curb thus allowing
for minor ponding (less than 1") in the parking lot. This-ponding may require
additional maintenance in these areas and reconstruction in the future. This
ponding will not impact any adjacent properties or endanger the safety of any
building and is therefore not required to be corrected at this time.
• A portion of the concrete pan near the northeast corner of the building was not
constructed at the time of the survey.
• The patio on the north and east sides of the building was constructed at a grade
more desirable to the owner.

This letter is to supplement the letter and information provided to you on October 22,
2003 related to the drainage certification on Phase 2 of the Oakridge Plaza development.
The concrete pan -which was not constructed at the time of the initial survey (noted as an
outstanding item in the October 22 letter) has now been constructed and is in substantial
compliance with the plans approved September, 2002.
