Dear Basil:
Enclosed please find our Stormwater Certification for Dakota Ridge Third Filing. This
certification is for the remainder of the storm drainage facilities at Dakota Ridge Third Filing. All
pipe, inlets, and flared end sections have been installed in accordance with the revised Grading,
Drainage, and Erosion Control Plan that was revised and approved on June 17, 1996. The
drainage Swale has also been installed according to plan. We have included for your review the
following materials:
1. Drainage Certification Form.
2. Copy of survey field notes.
3. Red lined drawings of as -built conditions, Sheet 7 of 18.
After a field review and the analysis of the survey field notes, we are able to certify the
acceptability of the designed and built storm drainage improvements.
