Dear Mr. Schlueter:
Please find copi-esof an "As Built_surwey and plat and "As Built" Volume
Table for the gla-sh—Ranch_0etention_Ponds2 The ponds are located on tracts
"A" and "B" of English Ranch First Filing and on Tracts "E" and "F", English
Ranch Fourth Filing.
The volume of the "As Built" Ponds on Tracts "A" and "B" is 7.91 acre
feet and was required to be 7.48 acre feet. The volume of Pond 1 (Tract "E")
is 3.94 acre feet and was required to be 2.33 acre feet. The volume of Pond
2 (Tract "F") is 3.55 acre feet and was required to be 2.78 acre feet.
Ponds "A" and "B" have all of the drainage facilities completed and have
been seeded and the landscaping has been completed.
Ponds 1 and 2 have all of the drainage facilities completed and are ready
to be seeded and landscaped.
