Mr. Barber,
This letter and attached information is provided to certify that the Phase 1 drainage
improvements at Park South Commercial Plaza Subdivision, Fourth Filing described
below have been constructed in substantial conformance with the approved plans dated
April 5, 2005. All elevation information is based on surveys completed by King
Surveying (10/12/05). A site visit was also completed on 9/30/05. This certification
includes the following improvements:
• The ponds have sufficient volume (see attached stage -storage table) but will need
to be certified again after construction of the Phase 2 improvements.
• The elevations on the outlet structure conform to the approved design.
• The building finished floor is 0.05' below the design elevation
• The cross slope on the main east -west drive is steeper than design elevations and
exceeds 6% cross slope. The owner is aware of this construction change and has
accepted the slope as constructed.
• The pans and curbs on site appear to conform to the grading plan and convey
runoff to the on site pond
• The landscape areas are under construction and not all areas were complete at the
time of the site visit.
In general, based on the site visit and the information provided by King Surveying, the
site has been constructed in substantial conformance to the approved plans for the site.
