I spoke with you on July I" regarding the grading plan for a detached garage at the above
location. We discussed how the new garage is going to be located at the same location as the old
detached garage and will therefore use the same grading plan which flows toward the alley as
shown in the attached drawing. The property slopes downward from the location of the house
toward the alley where there is a street drain directly behind the property. The drainage from
both the house and the garage does not pool in the yard'or flow into either neighbors property.
The approximate slope from the rear of the house to the alley drops three feet over a distance of
100 feet. The property currently drains fine into the alley so we would'like to keep the current
set-up. Please contact me if you have any additional questions/requirements.
