Dear Glen:
Please find enclosed a print of the Office Building for Jensen Homes with the as -built spot
elevations of the existing front detention pond improvements. Also enclosed is a copy of the
detention pond volume calculations. All drainage components of this detention pond have been
installed, including the grass sod. The detention pond top elevation has been constructed, due
to construction constraints and tolerances, a little lower than originally designed. During a 100
year storm event, small amount of storm water will escape from the detention pond once the
pond is full. 1
