Registry Ridge P.U.D., Third Filing
Project Number: REF 97-035.08 .
Dear Mr. Barber:
This letter is intended to verify that the drainage improvements specified on the "Final Utility
Plans for Registry Ridge P.U.D., Third Filing" have been installed per the approved design. As -
constructed information was provided to us in July of 2002 by Nolte Associates. A site
inspection was also performed on September 12, 2002 by Northern Engineering Services, Inc.
The site visit found all of the drainage improvements to be installed and functioning properly as
designed except for the two items listed below:
1. The riprap at the outfall of Storm Sewer Line 45 (draining Pruitt Court) is improperly placed. A
10' wide x 14' long pad is needed downstream of the flared end section. Currently, the riprap
protection is only upstream and on the sides of the flared end section.
2. A basement spoil has recently been excavated and placed in the middle of Swale 15 (draining
Coral Sea Court). The dirt mound impedes the flow down this swale and needs to be relocated.
Ken Condreay of Double Eagle Construction Services has been notified of these two items, and
is currently in the process of correcting them.
We prepared a set of Record Drawings illustrating the as -constructed storm sewers and culverts
at Registry Ridge Third Filing. A copy of these record drawings is included with this letter.
Detention Pond 603 was built and certified as a part of Registry Ridge First Filing. There are no
new detention ponds as a part of Registry Ridge Third Filing.

In summary, the drainage improvements installed at Registry Ridge Third Filing are in
substantial compliance with the design intent of the approved construction drawings. At this
time we request an additional 25% of the Building Permits be released. A Final Site Drainage
Certification Letter will be submitted upon completion of the two items listed above, at which
time the remainder of the Building Permits for Registry Ridge Third Filing shall be released. If
