The site was surveyed by Centerline Construction Layout Services on 1/28/02 and the results of that survey are shown on the record drawing attached to this letter. Grading Certification The site was constructed in substantial conformance with the grading plan dated 8/24/00 by North Star Design, Inc and approved by the City of Fort Collins. The general drainage patterns on the site conform to the proposed drainage patterns shown on the plans indicated.
