Please find a copy of the red lined "As Built' Survey of the drainage facilities for Lots 9
and 10, Block 11, City of Fort Collins, Colorado.
The concrete pan in the center of the alley that was paved has been completed. The
detention pond has been completed in the parking lot as planned. The raised area across the
driveway is the existing spillway, and the four inch diameter outlet pipe through the curb has been
completed. The restriction plat is in place.
The high water line was to be 71.67, and the "As Built" high water lime is 71.80. The
volume of detention was to be 1,147 cubic feet, and the "As Built" volume is 1,190 cubic feet.
The drainage facilities have been completed in substantial compliance with the approved
drainage plan.
