Please find enclosed the "As Built" survey of the storm drainage facilities at the Avert;
cgffice-Building at the Southwest comer of Remington Street and Olive Street.
The detention pond was constructed in the concrete parking lot. The contractor flattened
the grade of the approach into the parking area from the alley which resulted in raising the high
water line of the pond from 88.55 to 88.95. The required detention volume was 3,576 cubic feet
and the "As Built" volume is 4,312 cubic feet.
The storm drain that flows from the parking area off the alley to the main parking area was
revised to fit the concrete parking as it was constructed. The outlet pipe and restriction plate
from the detention pond were constructed as designed.
