Re: Drainage Certification for the Orthopedic Center of the Rockies - Addition
Dear Mr. Hamdan:
This is the drainage certification for the Orthopedic Center of the Rockies - Addition.
This drainage certification generally covers the ponds, swales, stormdrain pipes, inlets,.
cross pans, culverts, curb cuts, grading of the site and, after construction, the cleanup of
the site. The attached drawings and exhibits will serve as the record documentation of
existing elevations and information surveyed.
Sear Brown's survey crew visited the site on July 16, 4999 and confirmed the elevations
redlined on the attached drawing. Overall, the elevations observed were near or at the
design elevations and within the construction tolerances.
At the time of this certification, the site is in compliance with the construction plans
except for the following permanent items: .
1. The erosion control fabric has not been installed at the two eastern locations of the
parking lots.
At this time, the following temporary items are not in compliance with the construction
plans.
1. The gravel filter at the area inlet is not installed.
2. The silt fence is not set up.
3. The straw bale check dam near the northeast property line is not present.
These items are temporary erosion control measures. They may have been previously
installed and since been removed.
