This is a follow-up letter to verify the completion of drainage improvements for the Lot 9, Blevins
Court PUD. As you may remember, a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy has been issued for this
project pending completion of a sidewalk culvert and outfall pipe. After additional field verification,
it is apparent that these improvements have been completed. Also, I have attached the
calculations verifying that adequate detention volume exists.
With this information, the project is now complete as shown on sheet 2 of 2 of the Lot 9, Blevins
Court PUD Grading, Drainage, Erosion Control and Utility Plan and the final Certificate of
Occupancy should be issued. Please feel free to contact me at 962-3715 should you have any
