Re: Phase Two construction at ,One-Prospect.P.U.D?(1601 Prospect Parkway).
We have surveyed the as -built elevations of the building, parking lot curbs and drainage
pan which were recently constructed on the east part of lot 1 of One Prospect P.U.D. at Prospect
East. These elevations are shown in red on the attached plan.
The first lift of pavement and all proposed landscaping has been installed along the north
and east sides of the building. the west parking lot is based and ready for paving. The silt fence
called for along the east and south sides of the project has been removed because all vegetative
and structural erosion control measures are in place. `
This project is constructed in substantial compliance to the planned grades and facilities,
and erosion control measures are all satisfied except for some silt clean up in the concrete drain
pan along the south side of the construction site.
