This is to certify to you that the overflow drainage swale along the East
line of Lots 7, 8, and 9, Overland Hills First Filing was regraded. The swale
was staked and graded on July 13, 1993 and an "As Built" survey was made, under
my supervision, on July 14, 1993 of the swale. The "As Built" elevations are
shown on the enclosed copy of Sheet 3 of 8 of the Overland Hills First Filing
Utility Plans.
