I am writing to verify the as -built elevation and grades around the east building addition at St.
Joseph School, The east and south entry elevations are at 4989.46 and 4989.40, respectively.
Elevations 10 feet away from the entries are at 4989.12 and 4989.11, respectively, creating
acceptable slopes away from the building that are greater than 2.0 percent.
