Gentlemen:
On June 11, 1998 a representative of our firm measured the relative elevations for the top of finished
floor for the above referenced retail center. Based on a benchmark elevation of 4957.88 at the
northeast bonnet bolt of the fire hydrant at the northeast corner of Conifer and North LeMay Avenue,
we determined the following elevations:

Based upon our observations, it is our opinion that the top of finished floor elevation is in substantial
conformance with the grading, drainage, and erosion control plan by Parsons & Associates, 94.03-
