The as -built drawings present the spot elevations, drainage structure invert elevations, detention pond as -built contours and volume. The orifice plate is in place and noted on the drawings. The site grading and drainage facilities have been completed such that said facilities function in a manner that is consistent with the intent of the drainage design for the site.
