This letter and attached information is provided to certify that the drainage improvements
at Seven Oaks Academy at Rigden Farm (Tract B, Rigden Farm Filing 1) described
below have been constructed and drain in substantial conformance .with the plans
approved in February, 2004. Attached please find an as -built survey prepared by King
Surveyors, Inc. North Star Design walked the site the morning of August 12. This
certification includes the following improvements:

• The sidewalks, curbs, building finished floor and parking lot elevations as shown
on the attached drawing by King Surveyors, Inc.
• Curb cuts and sidewalk culverts are installed, all proposed riprap has been buried
but was installed per a conversation with the Contractor.
At this time, the final grading and landscaping is in progress. Elevations of the material
yet to be placed is, for the most part, between improvements that are already build (curbs,
walks, etc.) Because the elevations of the building, curbs and walks have been built in
substantial compliance with the plans, it is assumed that the final landscaping can easily
be placed to drain properly.
