Please find enclosed the "As Built" grading on the West 1/2 of Lot 8, Block 73, City of
Fort Collins, which is 301 S. Sherwood Street, Fort Collins, Colorado.
There is no approved grading plan for this project. The building and garage were set
above existing ground to have positive drainage away from the buildings to the existing
grades at the lot lines.
