ELEVATION CERTIFICATE
Lot 43, Overland Trail Farm Phase II
A survey of the finished grade on Lot 43, Overland Trail Farm Phase II was conducted by
myself on June 4, 2001. The survey was performed using the City of Fort Collins vertical
control benchmark 32-92 on the south headwall of the Pleasant Valley and Lake Canal on
the east side of Overland Trail with a published elevation of 5116.24.
The attached copy of the grade certification, as a part of this certificate, has the as -built
elevations shown near the building corners and lot corners. These elevations are in
general conformance with those provided by Anchor Development on an apparent
subdivision grading plan with the exception of the rear lot comers being a minimum of one
foot lower. The grades near the structure are higher than as shown on the apparent
grading plan. The lowest opening into the structure is the top of window wells on the
northwesterly side of the house with an elevation of 5104,29 feet. All drainage is away
from the structure in all directions.
I, Mark F. Corbridge, a duly registered Land Surveyor in the State of Colorado, do hereby
state that this Elevation Certificate is the direct result of elevation shots taken by me at the
described site on June 4, 2001.
