CERTIFICATION OF STORM DRAINAGE DETENTION
AT THE BURGER KING AT RAINTREE P.U.D.
This is to certify that on the 12th day of March, 1990, a survey was
made under my supervision of the finish elevations of the parking lot
of the Burger King at Raintree P.U.D.
From the surveyed elevations, the detention volume is calculated to be
8400 cubic feet to a high water line elevation of 5055.6. The 8400 cubic
feet is on the Burger King site only, and does not include the additional
detention volume which will be provided by the Amoco site to the north.
The planned total detention quantity for the Burger King and Amoco sites
is 8140 cubic feet; therefore, the as constructed site will provide more
detention than required.
The restriction plate with 4 5/8 inch diameter opening has been installed
over the outlet pipe in the area inlet.
The attached site grading plan shows existing spot elevations surveyed
by our office on March 12, 1990.
