Final Drainage Certification
Dear Mr. Barber,
According to the requirements of the City of Fort Collins, this letter serves as final drainage
certification for Pura Vida Place (518 West Laurel Street) according to the design requirements
noted in the following documents:
o Final Utility Plans for Pura Vida Place prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation; Shear
Project No: 2536-01-11; City Engineer approval date 07/25/2011.
o Final Drainage Report for Pura Vida Place prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation;
S.E.C. Project Number 2536-01-11; report dated March 10, 2011.
Shear Engineering Corporation was involved throughout construction of Pura Vida Place
improvements. Shear Engineering Corporation has been directly involved with all changes
during construction and has documented all changes made during construction. Digital pictures
of the status of construction throughout the course of construction are available.
As -built survey shots for the site were provided by Waslburn Land Surveying, LLC as
coordinated with Shear Engineering Corporation personnel. Attached are the as -built spot
elevations for the site provided by Washburn Land Surveying, LLC.
All drainage facilities have been installed in general and substantial conformance with the
approved Final Utility Plans for Pura Vida Place and are functioning appropriately and generally
meet the intent of the original drainage' design for Pura Vida Place in accordance with the
approved Final Drainage Report prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation; S.E.C. Project
Number 2536-01-11.; report dated March 10,2011.
Water Quality was not provided with this development. The site is part of the Water Quality
Basin serviced by the Udall Water Quality area near the Ranch -Way feeds site near Willow
Street and Linden Street.
