depict the elevations and drainage patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this
information, I certify that (check one):

The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site as measured are in general conformance
with the City approved drainage plan with exceptions (information attached). In my professional

This is in regards to the Myrtle Court Townhomes, and in particular to Building "D".
This project is being built by Steve Spanjer. The original plans for this project were done
by Ayres and Associates. I have attached a sketch of the site, with as constructed
elevations shown.
During construction, we added a small shallow protective Swale along the south side of
the building, with culverts and sidewalk chases at the sidewalks. Since Northern
Engineering conducted the onsite survey, they have made some modifications,
particularly as they relate to the window wells, and the minimum opening elevations.
They have installed a small timber tie wall around each of the openings along the south
side, given the relative lack of grade from the window well threshold to the protective
swale (these are not reflected on our attached sketch).
Anyway, please call if you have any questions, or would like to meet onsite to take a look
at the final grading.
