This is to advise that the constructed parking lot, drainage structures and drainage facilities have
been field verified. Field surveys of the site were performed by Delgado & Delgado on June 24,
1999. A print of the "Myrtle Street Village Apartments - Grading, Drainage & Erosion Control
Plan" is enclosed. The print has been `redlined' to depict the results obtained during the field
survey.
The elevations of the constructed features that were obtained by field survey are considered to be
in substantial compliance with the approved plans.
