Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 RE: Interstate Land P.U.D.-First-Filing Harley Davidson Drainage Certification Addendum Job #247-011 Dear Basil: The purpose of this letter is to address the comments in your letter dated July 9, 1997. The certification on items noted herein should complete the drainage certification for this site. Please find enclosed red -lined drawings from The Sear -Brown Group with surveyed elevations and other information noted in red on the drawings. The items below are addressed in the order of your letter. 1. Detention pond volume verified to be 0.66 acre-ft. The required volume is 0.178 acre-ft. (Refer to enclosed pond volume documentation) 2. The water quality outlet structure is built as indicated on the drawings., The outlet is 6 inch PVC pipe. (Refer to sheet 12) 3. The overflow weir has been added to the drawings. (Refer to sheet 3) r 4. The riprap on the south end has been replaced with 15 inch RCP and riprap as indicated on the drawings. (Refer to sheet 3) 5. The area inlet sizes have been verified and are shown on the drawings. (Refer to sheet 12) -1, 4c i NEW YORK • PENNSYLVANIA COLORADO•UTAH STANDARDS IN EXCELLENCE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER 6. The ADS pipe adjacent to the loading dock has been verified and recalculated according to the verified inverts. (Refer to sheet 10 and enclosed documentation) 7. The existing 24" ADS will remain as is. (Refer to sheets 3, 4, and 5) This certification is signed and stamped and by signing this letter I attest that to the best of my knowledge the conditions of the drainage facilities are as described above and on the redlined construction drawings enclosed. Failure to properly disclose all known information could result in the rejection of this certification and prevent the release of any Stormwater Utility holds on Building Permits and/or Certificates of Occupancy.
