Drainage Certificate
The attached drawing shows the elevations and drainage patterns that are the Registered
Professional Engineer's certified findings of the finished ground grades for the above
described property.
It is hereby noted that the fine grading at the northwest corner of the site between the
north property line and the driveway on Lot 60 to the north has not been completed at this
time due to wet conditions. It is the intent of this area to drain northwesterly in sheet
flow across the driveway on Lot 60 and out onto Fossil Creek Parkway, which is
consistent with the approved drainage and grading plan. Based on the field survey data,
adequate grades exist to accomplish this scheme, yet care will need to be taken at the time
the work is performed to assure that the grading is completed properly.
The overall drainage patterns are in general conformance to the approved drainage and
grading plan. The elevations as depicted hereon may change subsequent to the date of the
survey due to natural and/or artificial actions.
