The 4—plex units have been constructed on both lots. The parking lot
asphalt and walls are not yet constructed, but the gravel is in place. The
overlot grading is complete, and there is positive drainage away from these
units directed to flow to the streets.
The owner/developer has stated he will finish the construction when the
asphalt companies open up their.plants this spring.

The owner is proposing two 4—plex units on this site. For Erosion Control
we are placing a straw bale dike across the south and east sides of this site.
There are no straw bales across the two driveway entrances on the east. The
owner will also be required to keep the street clean from mud, etc. from
construction traffic on this site. I have enclosed a site plan for your review.
The following is the erosion control cost estimate:
Construction Costs:
Straw bale dike — lump sum $300.00
Reseeding Costs:
22,132 S.F. @ 0.0298 $659.53
659.53 X 1.5 = $989.30
Use City minimum cost of $1000 for the Erosion Control Cost.
If you need any more information or have any questions regarding this
project, please let me know.
