Soilogic, Inc. personnel have completed the review of site grading information you
requested for the referenced project. The results of our review are included with this
report -
As part of our review, a final grading survey completed by HR&G Surveying dated
October 7, 2005 for lot 37 of the Hearthfire Phase H development was reviewed. The
individual lot grading was compared to an overlot grading plan completed by Sbear
Engiecering Corp. for Phase H of the Heartbfire development, A copy of the grading
survey and overlot grading plan are included with this report. Based on the provided
infM MAUon, positive drainage appears to have been developed away fiom the house and
along the approximate lot lines toward the rear of the lot. That general lot drainage
scheme appears to be in general accordance with the provided overlot grading plan.
