I hereby state that the elevations and drainage pattern shown on the enclosed Final Grade
Survey Plan were developed from a survey performed on the referenced property on January
27, 2001 and accurately and truly depict the elevations as they existed on this date. The
relative elevations as depicted may change subsequent to the date of the survey, due to the
subsidence or upheaval of soil, addition or removal of soils by acts of man, erosion by wind or
water or other factors. Therefore, this su not accurately depict the elevations and
drainage pattern of the referenced prope / of the survey.
