FL Collins Colorado 80524. You were out to inspect the property on Mm-ch 17, 2006 and found it deficient in window well water abatement structures. My builder, Mr. Dale TerreL said that I need to inform you that as per my agreement with him, r will take recponsihility for the installation of a proper window well at each of the basement windows in the rear of the home at the above address. 1 intend to put in decomtive atone window wells out to a distance of not leer than 3 feet from the foundation aid on either side of the trim portion of the window casement. Each will reach a height above grade level to insure uo nm off water can enter the dwelling from that source ender normal event conditions.
