RE: Overall Site and Drainage Certification
This correspondence shall serve as certification thatall engineering designs and construction work
on the above -referenced project to date have been completed in accordance with the construction
plans approved by the City of Fort Collins.
The relative elevations of the as -built conditions were surveyed by a Land Surveyor at all relevant
locations. In my professionaijudgment, the relative elevations and drainage patterns as measured
are in substantial conformance with the approved drainage and final grading plan for the
referenced project. In addition, pond volumes were calculated for detention and water quality
ponds on the site and these volumes were found to meet or exceed the volumes required by the
plans approved by the City of Fort Collins. I have personally inspected the outlet structures for
each of the ponds to verify that the orifice plates have been installed per the approved plans.
Please note that there is no 100 year orifice plate located overthe outlet pipe to the Pond 3 (south
pond) outlet structure.
Any variations from the originally approved construction plans are noted in the enclosed "Record
Drawings". These variations are considered to be within the tolerances of standard construction
techniques and do not significantly affect the original design.
