Dear Jay,
This letter is to certify the on site drainage at the Aztlan Center along Willow Street. The
on site improvements appear to be within construction tolerances as shown on the
attached record drawings. All elevations shown on the record drawings were provided by
Drexel Barrell.
The only significant change from the approved drawings is the existing swale along the
north side of the United Way building. It was proposed with the approved construction
drawings to regrade this swale. During construction, it was determined that the existing
swale is adequate and it would eliminate the potential for sediment transport if the swale
was left undisturbed.
