This letter serves as final. certification for the above referenced address according to the requirements
of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this address dated 06/06/02.
Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building Permit Notice and are as follows:
• Grading certification
• Finished floor elevation certification
• Corner lot elevation certification
• Lowest building opening elevation certification
• Swale certification
Shear Engineering Corporation visited this site on Friday, November 8, 2002. The visit was made in
order to obtain record field shots. At the time of this observation, it was noted that the eastern and
western property lines (the common property line between Lot 34 and Lot 35, as well as the common
property line between Lot 35 and Lot 36) had previously been defined with Lot 34 and Lot 36
respectively. Lot 34 and Lot 36 had been sodded. Modification to the Lot 34 / Lot 35 and the Lot 35 /
Lot 36 common property lines finished grades was not directed.
We have visited the site and find that all final grading is complete, functions properly and meets the
intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility Plans for
Hearthfire P.U.D., First Filing by Shear Engineering Corporation; Shear Project No: 1552-01-96;
Director of Engineering approval date 10/03/97. A site specific grading plan was not prepared for
this lot by Shear Engineering Corporation.
Attached is a copy of that portion of the Final Grading Plan from the subdivision utility plans, of
which this site is a part, for your immediate reference. Record field shots obtained by Shear
Engineering Corporation are noted on the attached ILC provided by RJL Surveys.
