I have reviewed the attached Grading survey certification based on field work performed
by Tierra Surveys of Loveland, Colorado, dated June 19, 2002.
The Master Grading Plan developed by Shear Engineering Corporation and dated 10/9'7
suggests a top of foundation elevation of 96.09'. The field work indicates the top of
finish floor to be 5198.2'. This elevation meets the intend of the neighborhood grading
plan.
I visited the site on June 18, 2002. Final grading was complete. The builder agreed to
add 4" x 6" treated wood timbers to raise window wells above finish grade.
Storm waters will not collect adjacent to the residence. Positive drainage has been
provided to swales developed along lot lines.
Storm waters will be diverted to established drainage ways alonf the front and rear of the
property.
