On Maya, 2007, Weeks & Associates surveyed the referenced site. Measurements indicate the
top of foundation is 93.9', and the top of foundation on the master grading plan is 957.
Drainage Is 0.3%1 to the front of the lot at the north comer, 1.5% at the east comer, and
exceeding 5% to the back of the lot. The property appears to drain with the existing top of
foundation elevation.
