Monroe Ave. Suite 3, Loveland, CO 80638 Phone: (070) 203.16M Fax (970) 203-1443 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE Lot 4,_Hearthfire-P-U_.D, 3339 Hearthfire-Drive— PAGE PAGE 02 A survey of the finished grade at 3339 Hearthfire Drive was conducted by personnel under my direct supervision on February 14, 2001. The survey was performed using the back of walk near the easterly corner of the lot with an assumed elevation of 114.23 feet as shown on the approved Grading Plan for Hearthfire P.U.D. The attached copy of a portion of that Grading Plan, as a pan of this certificate, has the as -built elevations shown in the clouded figures. Near the easterly side of the structure adjacent to Hearthfire Drive, the as -built elevations are substantially higher than the Grading Plan and near the northwesterly side of the structure on the side of the cul-de-sac they are somewhat higher._ All other locations appear to be in general conformance with the approved Plan. Drainage directions remain the same as on the approved Grading Plan with a portion of the runoff draining to Hearthfire Drive and the majority draining to the southwest. Drainage is away from the structure in all directions with the lowest opening being a window well on the southwest side of the structure, having a elevation of 107.3 feet. As -built elevations shown may change subsequent to the date of this survey due to natural or artificial actions. I, Mark F.
