Please find enclosed the red -lined "As Built" survey of the grading on Lot_5,_Hearthfire
P:U-D.,-First Filing, which is 3333 Hearthfire Drive„Fort Collins, Colorado.
The grading was done in substantial compliance with the Grading Plan approved September
30, 1997. Lot 6 which is on the Southeast side of Lot 5 has not been built on at this date. It will
probably be a walkout basement similar to this house. The final grading on the Southeast line of Lot
5 cannot be final graded until the Lot 6 house is constructed.
