This letter serves as final grading and drainage certification for the above referenced site
according to the requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building
Permit Notice for this address, dated 8/10/99. This .includes drainage facilities and
swales. All final grading has been completed and all swales, including the swales along
the sideyards of the residence, function properly.
In short, the overall grading meets the general intent of the original subdivision grading
and drainage design according to the Final Utility Plans for Hearthfire PUD, First Filing
by Shear Engineering Corporation; Project No: 1552-01-97; Date of Utility plan approval
by Director of Engineering: 10/03/97.
Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building Permit Notice and are
as follows:
• Grading certification
• Finished floor elevation certification
• Corner lot elevation certification
• Lowest building opening elevation certification
• Swale certification
Attached are the record field shots obtained for the site. Field shots were provided by RIL
Surveying using the back of walk at the corner of Lots 88 and 89 as the benchmark. Also
attached is a copy of that portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from
the subdivision utility plans, of which this site is a part. This is for reference only. A
copy of the site plan prepared by the builder is also attached for your reference.
