A survey of the finished grade at 3226 Hearthfire Drive was conducted by personnel under
my direct supervision on February 2, 2001. The survey was performed using the nail and
shiner as a witness corner for the southwest corner of the property as having an assumed
elevation of 105.5 feet as shown on the subdivision grading plan provided to us.
The attached Elevation Certificate drawing shows the as -built elevations of the site. The
finished floor is lower than the top of wall shown on the grading plan by one foot; the
swale shown along the south property line is in general conformance with the grading plan
and the swale along the north property line, although lower than the plan, maintains the
drainage direction planned. In addition, there is a swale on the easterly side of the house,
(not shown on the drainage plan) that appears to drain to the swale on the south property
line. Drainage is away from the structure in all directions. As -built elevations shown may
change subsequent to the date of this survey due to natural or artificial actions.
