Please find enclosed the red -lined "AS BUILT" survey of the grading for Lot 15-A and
Lot 15-B, Replat of Lot 15, Prospect Industrial Park.
The grading was done in substantial compliance with the approved grading plan dated
April 2, 1999, except for the parking spaces along the Southeast side of building 15-B. Due to
handicap requirements, we had to raise the curb in order to meet the slope requirements in to the
building. We made the curb outfall and the parking spaces slope to the driveway. All of the
parking lot is concrete and the back of the parking spaces is an invert. This change did not
change the drainage pattern to the oil and sand interceptor.
