The floor elevation, curb and pavement grades, and concrete drain pan grades
are all constructed in substantial compliance with the approved plan. The elevations
are shown in red on the attached plan.
All of the grading and paving is completed around the building at 1612 Specht
Point Road.
This property was originally in the Spring Creek overflow floodway; but due to the
Spring Creek reconstruction, that is no longer the case. The property is now in Zone X
according to FIRM Map 080102 0012 C Revised March 18, 1996.
