Please find enclosed the "AS BUILT" survey of the grading of Lot 7-B and Lot 8-13 of A
Replat of Lots 7 and 8, Block 152, City of Fort Collins, Colorado which are 210 Peterson Street and
212 Peterson Street respectively.
The grading of the two lots were generally graded in substantial compliance with the approved
grading plan prepared under my supervision. The two residence floor elevations were raised 0.4 feet
and 0.3 feet and the garage floors were raised 0.5 feet.
