We have inspected and surveyed the "As Built" drainage facilities of the site located on the
east side of Mitchell Drive and backing up to the Larimer County No. 2 Ditch.
The following itemized drainage facilities were inspected and are constructed per the
approved plan.
1. North detention pond with class 12 rip rap in the bottom
2. Berm around the north detention pond
3. Headwall and 6 inch outlet pipe from north detention pond
4. Spillway from north pond with class 6 rip rap
5. 11.75 inch diameter restricted opening from existing area inlet
6. Headwall and rip rap at outlet pipe into No. 2 ditch
7. East detention pond with 6 inch outlet pipe, concrete pan and class 12 rip rap in the bottom
8. Roof drains tied into 12" A.D. S. pipe along the east side
9. Area inlet in the southeast comer of the lot east of the building
10. Sidewalk culvert to route roof drainage to area inlet
11. 2 inch diameter orifice plate over the outlet pipe from the dock at the south end
12. Headwall and rip rap at the south outlet pipe into the No. 2 ditch
The "As Built" elevations of the drainage facilities are shown in red on the attached
blueprint of the site.
The landscaping is taking place at this time and the bare soil areas should be covered in a
few days.
