This letter is in regards to the renovations that were recently completed on the Palmer
Flower Shops on Mitchell Drive. Northern Engineering was not involved in the design of
these renovations, but have been contracted to provide the City with As -Built information
for the renovations.
We sent a survey crew out to identify the improvements, and locate these improvements
horizontally, as they relate to the existing structure, and to provide elevations on the
comers. I have attached a sketch that depicts the information that we found.
It is my understanding that your request is for information as to what was constructed,
and I feel that the attached sketch provides that information for you. I would also note
that it appears that the improvements as installed do not cause any grading or drainage
issues that I could see. This is not intended to be a drainage or site certification, because
we did not evaluate these additions to the approved plans for this site.
